In today’s world of professional sports, the earning potential is limited to a relatively short period of time. As a result, PSM encourages and facilitates the strategic planning of post-career activities.

From the start, we encourage our clients to develop their skills through education or on the job experience.

Through the initial contract negotiations, we look to implement education packages to ensure that our clients have solid foundations to fall back on once their sporting career ends.

In addition, we assist our clients in building relationships that will help ease the transition from the playing field to the business world.

PSM will continue to work with the client through retirement to ensure a productive and fulfilling secondary career.
